Cardiff Airport, Wales
Cardiff Airport is the busiest airport in Wales. It has been under the ownership of the Welsh Government since March 2013, operating at an arm’s length as a commercial business.
The airport offers familiarisation tours, where customers can pre-arrange a convenient time to visit the airport and familiarise themselves with the process and the place prior to travelling. Visits are subject to availability so please contact 01446 729329 or email us at PRMDesk@cwl.aero to book.
Please let your airline know if you are bringing your own mobility equipment and to discuss any special assistance needed when onboard. You’ll find specially designed toilets and adult changing facilities on first-floor, and toilets throughout the terminal. Click here for a full list of facilities.
Accessibility
We have a dedicated and highly trained team to provide support to our passengers who may need additional support.
Passengers with a hidden disability can wear a lanyard, pin badge or wristband to discreetly indicate to staff that they require some extra support when navigating through the airport. Those products can be requested in advance and are free. For more information please call 01446 729329 or email us at PRMDesk@cwl.aero.
