Brickhouse Farm Cottages are beautifully situated within 6 acres of stunning Lancashire countryside. These cottages are purpose-built holiday accommodation for families, friends and carers which is an ideal staycation for those with disabilities.

All 12 cottages have level access ground floor and patio garden area, ground floor bedroom with accessible dressing table, sliding wardrobe doors, appropriately positioned hanging rails and shelves, lowered light switches, raised sockets, touch lamps and a wall mounted LED Samsung TV with Freeview.  They also have a Mosaic open-plan shower with grab rail (self propelled shower commode chair available), wash basin with wheelchair clearance and toilet (adjustable toilet surround available) with grab rail – to Doc M regulations as well as a modern kitchen with side opening electric oven touch control electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and ample kitchenware.

There is also a fully accessible licensed Bistro that offers wholesome home cooked food.  It offers gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options, and you can also have liquidised options if needed. You can also request cutlery with larger handles and plates with higher edges if required.

The site also caters for anyone using the other facilities onsite.
