Dublin Airport is an international airport serving Dublin, Ireland. It is operated by DAA. The airport is located in Collinstown, 7 km north of Dublin, and 3 km south of the town of Swords.
This airport has several accessibility features and facilities, including adult changing places, two separate relief areas for guide dogs located in Terminal 2 plus privacy rooms in both terminals. The retail and catering areas are also accessible.
Dublin Airport has a purpose-built sensory room, and is designed specifically for people with autism, dementia, cognitive impairment or other special needs. It is located after security screening and just before the 400 gates. The room is free to passengers departing from the airport. Accessibility
Facilities for Passengers with Reduced Mobility include: a help point bell plus special car parking facilities. The toilets and lifts are clearly signposted and there are specially adapted facilities including a Changing Places Facility, in the arrivals hall in Terminal 1.
We have induction loops to facilitate the amplification of announcements for passengers with hearing difficulties and there is also a counter loop system at the information desk to facilitate clear communication with the staff on duty. Click here to access all.
