Guernsey Airport is an international airport on the island of Guernsey and the largest airport in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

Any special assistance needs to be pre-booked through your airline prior to arrival at the airport passenger terminal in Guernsey or Alderney. Airlines require at least 48 to 72 hours notice for assistance to be arranged prior to departure. Any questions or queries around special assistance should be directed to your airline.

Special Assistance Area
There is a reserved seating area in departures reserved for anyone requiring special assistance. It offers adaptive seating for those passengers who need or require extra support and also has toilets and a free public water fountain nearby.   Check the Terminal Facilities here.

Accessibility

Special assistance staff will be able to direct or take you to the special Assistance area. It’s likely you will be boarding the aircraft first before other passengers so please follow any instructions of staff before you leave departures.https://www.airport.gg/passenger-information/special-assistance
