Well Farmhouse and adjoining Well Farm Cottage are situated on the edge of quiet village in the peaceful upper Tamar Valley on the Devon/North Cornwall Border. Well Farmhouse has four bedrooms and sleeps ten (with one bedroom and toilet downstairs). The cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps four plus bed settee. Well Farmhouse has a large enclosed lawned garden and the Cottage has a grass area adjoining the peaceful courtyard. There are also other cottages, each with their own individual style, or luxury glamping with ensuite and hot tub.

While you may enjoy exploring the area in the vicinity of the cottages, letting children enjoy our play area, or strolling down to our riverside paddock the local area has lots to offer too as Well Farm is just 10 miles from the North Cornwall Coast (Widemouth Bay and Bude are the nearest beaches). You will also find Boscastle, Tintagel, Crackington Haven, Port Isaac, Clovelly and Hartland all within a short drive.

With easy access to the North Cornwall coast, the beaches, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Eden Project and other visitor attractions are all within driving distance.

Enjoy beach life where you can swim, kayak, canoe, sail or fishing. Learn to at a local surf school (one of which offers surf lessons for people with an ASD). Alternatively you might enjoy cycling, golf, country walks, and the traditional village pubs.

Guests with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are welcome (we have personal experience of holidaying with our son with autism). We’ll try to accommodate specific needs where possible. Both properties have a private drive in an off-road location and are safe for children. Electricity, free wi-fi, children’s play area, indoor playroom, barbeque and patio furniture are included.

Well-behaved pets allowed for an extra charge, maximum two dogs.. Pets not to be left unattended in the cottage at any time, nor allowed upstairs or on furniture. Dog walking fields available.in some cottages.
