Florence Voller, Accessible Holiday Consultant

About Me
I am a freelance specialist supporting organisations to manage projects, create accessible tools, and grow their client bases within the accessible travel and supported holidays sectors.

With over 20 years of experience in the support and care industry, within autism and learning disability services for adults, I’ve worked across a wide variety of roles. During my time at a London based charity, I found my niche: developing innovative services from the initial idea through to successful delivery. I thrive on taking a concept, shaping it into a fully formed service, and navigating the challenges along the way. These challenges often transform the final product in exciting and unexpected ways.

One of the key services I developed was a supported respite holiday programme for adults with learning disabilities, which I managed for ten years. This experience cemented my passion for accessible travel and informed the work I do today. From sourcing local places to visit and activities to discover, to ensuring the needs and comfort of all the guests is considered. I feel it is so important that everyone has the opportunity to experience the world and all the far flung places it has to offer, in a relaxed yet informed way.

Today, I support charities, providers, and businesses to ensure that accessibility, particularly for neurodiverse individuals, is embedded at the heart of every decision.

My expertise includes:
Project & Budget Management
Staff Workshop Facilitation around travelling with Neurodiverse guests
Creating Accessible Easy Read Guides
Holiday Planning
Marketing & Engagement
Family Liaison
Fundraising
